Refer a Family
If you would like to refer a family who you believe could benefit from a partnership with Strands, please fill out the Referral Form linked below. As a frame of reference, Strands typically considers the following criteria when selecting families:
- Families located in Alabama
- Child living with a chronic illness or disease, or a new diagnosis that calls for a process of treatments
- Children 18 years of age and under
- Families that have not received more than $10,000 in last 12 months from crowd-funding
