  • How can I donate?

    You can donate using the "Donate" button on the home page. You can donate personally or as a business.

  • Can I refer a family?

    If you are aware of a family who you believe could benefit from a partnership with Strands, please fill out the Referral Form located on the Refer a Family page. 

  • Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

    Due to the charitable nature of the sales, all sales will be final. Items are not eligible for return or refund.


  • Shipping

    Your item will be shipped within 4-5 business days through USPS. Tracking information will be available via email at time of shipping.

  • Tax write-off?

    Strands is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and any monetary donations are tax-exempt. If making a monetary donation, please keep your receipt for your personal records. However, purchasing items through Strands is not eligible for tax write-off.
